Biography
Dr. Govini is working as a Senior Consultant, Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery at Gleneagles Global Health City, Perumbakkam, Chennai. He is a highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeon with more than 10 years of clinical experience. He completed his MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur. Later on, he completed his MS in General surgery and M. Ch in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery. He was also awarded the fellowship from Indian Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences and Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons. From Hongkong, he got training in Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery, and from China, he has been trained in Minimally Access Cardiac Surgery.
